Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) are hand held computers that can fit in your palm or in your pocket and run either the Palm, Microsoft Windows CE or the Pocket PC operating systems. The Pockets of Progress Site (POPS) has been developed to share and promote the use of PDAs at Virginia Commonwealth University.
