Registration for the 2-day conference is $75.00 if you register by March 9, 2005 or $125.00 after March 10, 2005. This includes all conference materials, breaks on both days, and lunch on both days. We will also have a no-host reception on Thursday evening. Presenters will have a special registration rate.

All registration is handled on-line. Due to space limitations, the conference is strictly limited to the first 225 people who register. If you or your institution does not have credit card access, we will accept POs as a last resort. Please fax your PO to Kari Scott at 804-828-9001 as soon as you register so we can start the billing process. POs will not be accepted after March 9, 2005. If you have any questions about registration, feel free to contact Kari at 804-828-3018. For internal VCU participants, you may email Wendy Brown-Pike with the participant's name and department budget code and she will complete an IDT for the conference (please make sure you register online using the PO button so you appear on our attendance list).

The web site will return a printable receipt when your registration is accepted by the computer. Please print and save for your records. If you do not receive a receipt, please contact Kari at 804-828-3018 to see if the computer logged your registration BEFORE you re-register so your credit card is only charged once.

Once you register, if you need to make hotel reservations you should do so as soon as possible at the Crowne Plaza. If you book online, use code ACA in the field labeled "Group Booking Code" to get the special rate. The cut-off date for the room block is March 7.

Refunds will be processed if you need to cancel before March 24, 2005. Between March 25 and April 5, there will be no refunds issued, but substitutions will be permitted if you notify Kari at 804-828-3018.
