The Conference Hotel is the Crowne Plaza Richmond, which is located in Downtown Richmond. We have arranged a special rate of $74.00 per night single, $84.00 double, plus tax. Please note that the Virginia State allowable rate for Richmond is $74. Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible at the Crowne Plaza. If you book online, use code ACA in the field labeld "Group Booking Code" to get the special rate.

Crowne Plaza rooms include wired internet access and the hotel has an indoor pool, whirlpool and exercise room. While the hotel is not adjacent to the University, we will be running a shuttle bus service between the hotel and the University campus meeting site.

If you would prefer to stay someplace else, there is a list of motels/hotels offer VCU rates (as a reference, VCU is located around 1000 W. Broad St.) No transportation will be provided between these locations and the meeting site. Public parking is available on campus for $5 per day.
